Refunds & Returns Policy
Need to return an unwanted item?
As long as your item is in its original condition, we would be happy to accept your return.
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled) suitable for resale in its original packaging may be returned for a refund back onto your original payment method, if sent back to us within 30 days of purchase*.
Once received, we will aim to process your return and subsequent refund within 7 days of receipt.
You are responsible for the return postage cost, providing we are not at fault. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage for item(s) returned to us, please use a recorded delivery service. Packages not sent with a tracked service will not be refunded / replaced should the package be lost.
* Please do not try to return items back to us after this time, as we may have to return it back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery cost.
What does original condition mean?
Original condition means unused/unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all original packaging and tags/labels attached.
All our returns are quality inspected upon return and if we find the item to be in an unsuitable condition we will not be able to offer you a refund. You will also be responsible for the return cost.
Groin guards and chest protectors cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
Proof of postage
The product you are returning is your responsibility until it is delivered back to us. Please make sure returns are packaged sufficiently and you use a tracked, secure postage service and obtain proof of postage. We may ask for this information if you contact us about your return.

Despite the quality of our products, sometimes faults can occur. If your product is faulty, please contact us, if possible with clear images and a description of the problem so we can help you.
Your Rights
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
